if you ever wondered why accidents happen in the military --training accidents --this should wise you up -- amo with rocket perpellant or incindary or explosive cmponents - degrade over time -most modermilitarys -cycle and rotate there stock in safe calendaer expiration dating and use old ammo up when the due dates are mature --in target practice and training --in third world countrys there standardised dating of munition like rocket propelled motar rockets /rounds -- is lft to be desired - the older the components used for training the higher the accident rate - the higher the fatality and injury ratio thats a given in logic so to me this is not funny people could get killed ..standard blast radios - killing area for a 60 mm mortar is last i checked 35 meters -- over 100 feet in diameter of the blast shranel even miniscule can kill ..... so troopers be advised -the shits also build by the lowest bidder with nferior components and bad quality control on parts and chemicals -so your on your own cowboy:} stay safe .. :}
