@infoempleos Trade Event Aide: • College student of business administration, marketing or another compatible degree in international trade. • Minimum of 1 year of work experience Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English • Must be flexible, have strong interpersonal skills • Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly • Work effectively with diverse group of people; be a team player • Must exhibit tact, diplomacy, and professionalism at all times • Willing to learn and support organization objectives and processes • Ability to respond and follow up on requests promptly and efficiently with little supervision • Good knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel and Access) and office equipment (including photocopiers, fax machines, and scanner) • Able to perform a variety of tasks, be detail oriented and adaptable • Ability to carry out specific procedures and use established methods • Ability to administrate time effectively
