is pretty sure that R.C. Clark is a Precinct Committeeman in Precinct 15?? Can anyone confirm this as being the same person?? The owner of East St. Louis based Clark Trucking and Excavation was convicted in September for underpaying his workers that worked on the new Mississippi River Bridge. Authorities said he charged the government $35 per hour for the work but only paid his truck drivers $15 an hour... So he took nearly 60% of their pay??? WOW!!! Can there be any question what he is doing to taxpayers at City Haul or Destruct 189??? Poor residents of Precinct 15...Would someone please run for Precinct Committeeman in Precinct 15????
