it is really wonderful and heartening to see the kind of effort and heart put in by the army in the rescue and relief operations at Uttarakhand. While our political leaders of all parties are busy in mudslinging it feels wonderful when we see the devotion put in by the armies. After all they are only doing it as a part of their job. A job which involves forming human barricade for the safety of the piligrims,A job which involves tackling treacherous terrain, A job which involves sharing their minimal ration and water with desolate people. The kind of gratitude shown in the face of the rescued person speaks about the effort put in by our army Jawans. This even strongly fortifies my hope that ordinary Indian citizen can taken on any eventuality head on.
