it may be worthwhile for most to read this insightful article.The campaign of disinformation is about the only successful thing that the Assad regime was able to accomplish. They want first , the moderates to fear Islamization of the country, and the minorities oppression and violence. This is not the true make up of most of the resistance movement in spite of the influx of radical crazies. And those people like the author reports are NOT in control!. I wish that instead of being fractured and weakened, that everyone understands that this division is exactly what the Assad people wanted to create... This regime is going to fall, if not next month, it will be next year. We should concentrate our thinking and effort on what is going to happen next, and all of us Christians, Alawites, Sunnis, liberals and conservatives work together for the preservation of what was left of the country and create an inclusive government structure which mission is to keep our great ethnic and religious diversity alive and protected. That diversity is not a weakness like detractors want us to think. It will again be the source of our unique power in the Arab world.
