just seen Narendra modi address to Feruguson college....two things impressed me 1. Fate of Teaching career in country and Teaching has become last option as it is not paying and student opted for caching due this degeneration in quality of teaching...lot to be done to elevate teachers salary so that they have better package than the students who comeout from their guidance 2.System of education where more emphasis is in getting students trained for better Salary Package not on building character,skills ,as comparing Gurukul and American system with that ptevalent in India...when America can take lesson from Gurukul system and develop their own on this why we can not reinforce ours with same
