l. Now it is the Turkmen. There is a nation called Turkmenistan, ruled by Presidents for life , normally approved of by Russia. There is a contingent of Ethnic Turkmen trapped by the Jihad hist group ISIS, AND SOME 25,000 TO 50,000 Turkmen are in, danger of slaughter. Of course the U.S. is being asked to use its air power to provide these Turkmen escape. We are now facing trying to rescue Iraqs 100 plus ethnic groups, one at a time. To say this is difficult is an understatement. To say it is nonsense as a foreign policy seems self evident.
