The allocated Budget 40 lakh became insufficient for student welfare activity and additional 29 lakh 50 thousand amounts were spent (All together 69 Lakh 50 thousands) in the name of student welfare in Deficit Budget from campus Development Fund. It was a breaking News when management conducted Campus Development and Management Committee meeting at the end of Fiscal year for Amendment of Deficit Budget without presence of all members of CDMC? It is much better to provide Intensive for all the Teachers and Staff or to do Contract for Genuine Part Time Teachers from campus internal sources in Golden Jubilee rather than to spend like this. We have no rights to spend Campus development fund in current expenditure or operational activities. This fund should spend in Capital Expenditure like developing infrastructure and construction of Building only. It is a fund of Campus Development. Students are the only the sources of our revenue generation we have inadequate infrastructure to run new programs like BBM and the availability resources are also insufficient to run regular program in semester system our focus should go on this side rather than to spend unnecessarily. The detail Budget of BBA should prepared by Steering committee, MBM Budget Should prepared by Governing committee and Campus Students Welfare funds budget should prepared by Student welfare committee and submits to campus Executive committee and Campus Executive committee will prepare overall budget of the campus. Accounts department can provide limitation. Budget should come in time discuss properly it should focus in development of campus and grooming of students not to detorite our financial status. Hope Budget of 2071 / 072 will not carry such ridiculous stuff. We have long to go save us. 1. Why they did Amendment from CDMC in the end of the year i.e. Asar 25 in the absence of our External Members? 2. What are they doing in the mid of the year if Budgeted amount i.e. 40 Lakh was not enough? 3. Do they have rights to spend additional 74 % more than Budgeted Amount in one head of deficit Budget? 4. Why our CDMC Member did not write note of descent? 5. Why they don’t make detail Budget of Student Welfare funds from student welfare committee? Since there is a provision in the act. 6. Do we have rights to make Deficit Budget? T. U. Says Earn and Spend 90%.
