man,i got kara all taken care of,got some love a few hair pulls and a poke or two to the eye lol.we did our morning song the day and month year thingy,we learned a lil about the planets and talked about God and the angels :) she had maple sausage links,toast and scrambled cheesy and ham eggys yummy.she now enjoying her fav show,well movie shark tales.so i thought me i wanna shower but i am not able to at this time.why cause its my body its not feeling right little scary at times.so bad i couldnt drink coffee cause i feel so jerky inside so i believe my heart rate must be to high that happens when i am in lots of pain.even doc can tell just by taking it.so think i better just do karas stuff for now and i will wait.dont wanna fall,that would not be good.just might be a good thing to just take it easy.i truly dont like the feeling i am it dont happen lots but when it does it is scary!! taken it slow today
