my daughter one day asked me what I thought about her joining the military. I said to her oh no no no no dont do that. she responded to me I already signed the papers. one of the hardest days of my life was watching your plane turn into a dot in the sky as you went off to the military. as I walked away I fell all up against the walls crying and I guess people wonder what was wrong with her. but I always knew you would do well Joy. so to my veteran daughter I say to you congratulations and happy Veterans Day you should not have to work today. meanwhile Ill celebrate on your behalf. Lol. I recognize that being a veteran requires a sacrifice, you no longer can say what youre going to do because the military can send you here or there. I am proud of you joy coming out of the Air Force going to med school and mastering it all I love you
