my knee has been killing me along with my elbow for days now....crèmes and meds dont help, heat dont help, but ice makes both a little more flexible....so I guess one more go-round with ice is in order so aybe tonite I can get some sleep.....sure threw a monkey wrench into my plans.....again.....getting old isnt for people like me, my mind is still too young for this crap.....sleep well kids, ill be hittin the sack in about 15 more minutes......love yas
