not a happy dog owner today what so ever. me and kyla and one of my friends were at the local park up town today, letting kyla run about and have some exercise and fun before her surgery tomorrow. all of a sudden this random border collie came out of no where and was going to attack kyla. but cos i got such a fright, i had frightened the dog off too. it just came out of no where and we didnt hear it until it growled at us all, but it was vicious growl. but what hacked me off, was the owner did naff all and didnt even bother calling her dog over or trying to get him away from us... if her dog had bitten kyla i wouldnt be held responsible for my actions. if you cannot control dog off the lead in a public area where a lot of dogs like to play then it keep on the bloody lead... thankfully, kyla was too focused on her tennis ball or she would of been scared too.
