oh dear, while using the online helpdesk for microsoft to work out the issue with my office subscription (yes i know there is free software I could use instead and blah blah evil corporation but i like office ok) and in the time it took Tanveer to respond to my initial conversation which basically was ive installed office and it isnt recognising my subscription in the eternity it took him to respond with a painfully scripted helpdesk response I had been through my system in the background and sorted the problem myself. :/
