...oh my goodness.......what a weekend....!!! if I keep up this pace size 8 is in my sight but as Lynda Dawson starts the 26th and I still love JD and coke the chances are slim!! SNAPPA was amazing, the stunning lads staying with the Miltons were on fire and sampled the local ladies uummm...!!! Slate went in for the fire place today....we are getting there! Launch night for the new chefs food is as you know on the 28th November a Thursday night 3 course meal for £20 (good value) we have 20 places left....first come first served BOOKINGS ONLY!!!!! 01769 550297.... Unfortunately Carol Ray and the midnight ramblers wont be playing this weekend I am in search of a band ...I will keep you posted!! Next confirmed BAND NIGHT is the 29th NOV Doubtful Origin...with the ladies rugby re-union as well....some girls from Wivey, Taunton, and hopefully the NEW Minehead Ladies team are coming along and they are looking for new players...if you are interested in playing then Claire Godfrey is your woman!! CHRISTMAS...yep Ive said it...starts at The Blackcock Inn on Friday the 6th Dec with Father Christmas coming with some presents for our customers...the band playing is The perfect strangers..rock band...YOY!! Saturday the 7th we have our first booked Christmas party and the band playing is TORNETTE DOONE (I love that name).......so my loyal regulars, locals, family and friends who can do two bands in one weekend @The Blackcock Inn!!!!!!! I think we are going to need a survivors photo....and Im going to need a crate of redbull to myself!!!!
