Doesn’t that primarily mean children? If this is a senior living facility, why would dependents enter into the equation? THE ANSWER: Hello Michelle, The 55 year old or older age restriction for this building applies to the head of the household. In some senior living situations, there may be a requirement that other members not be excluded based on age, which means that an individual younger than 55 could live there. Since we are still in the planning stages of the property, it is too early for me to answer any more specifically. I’ll be happy to get back to you when we know more.
