As we know, articles/research/opinions commonly contradict each-other regarding many aspects on training protocols....that being said, what is YOUR take on the most efficient/effect form of cardio, to target fat loss, WHILE maintaining as much lean muscle as possible, avoiding catabolism (as much as possible)? Many articles swear by HIIT, fasted HIIT, some by LISS/MISS, and some by fasted LISS/MISS... (LISS/MISS meaning roughly 75% of MHR at a steady intensity)... Ready......GO!
