opportunities to cooperate with Belarus through: – reconstruction of a potato warehouse of 5000 tons capacity in agro-town Atolino with an increase of storage capacity to 19 000 tons with shop floors of sorting and deep processing. Location: Republic of Belarus, Minsk Region, agro-town Atolino. Architectural solution must contain administrative and economic housing and industrial building. Construction process should include minimum of buildings and structures with a compact arrangement of production, auxiliary and ancillary areas using energy-saving technologies. It is also necessary to provide construction of light metallic structures with the use of sandwich panels. Reconstruction of a potato warehouse of 5000 tons capacity in agro-town Atolino with an increase of storage capacity to 19 000 tons with shop floors of sorting and deep processing Capacity: processing of 8 000 tons of potato per year. Range of products: dried potato flakes (puree) – 75 tons, vegetables, sterilized in vacuum package – 6 tons, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, freeze-dried – 2 tons, dried apples and pears – 8 tons. Technological process should be based on the progressive production of raw materials processing and manufacture of products: – receiving hopper with hydraulic wire which is able to divide products into four product fractions with capacity not less than 60 tons per hour with a set of discharge conveyor (transporters equipped with herringbone tape) – 3 pieces; – set of double telescopic hydraulic conveyors to transport product within the warehouse with capacity of 60 tons per hour (the number must be provided by the project); – scooter-collector of potatoes from bulk with capacity not less than 40 tons per hour – 3 pieces; – hydraulic telescopic loader equipped with herringbone tape, type SL 125 GRIMME, with capacity of 60 tons per hour – 3 pieces; – filler of containers – 1 piece; – the project must be provided with electroloader-rotator (dumper). The number, capacity, lift height TBD; – the project must be provided with the possibility to transport products to the processing shop floor; – all shop floors which need air revitalization must be equipped with aspiration system; – wooden slotted containers with capacity of 1200 kg of potatoes, reinforced with metal corners, double flighted (number must be provided by the project); – in the storage facility bulk storage of products must be provided with ventilation ducts in the floor and slotted floor – 6 pieces; ventilation in the kit should have fans, sensors, controllers, inlet-outlet valves with servos that do not require additional heating; – all storage equipment must be provided with a programme that provides a microclimate and archives data; – container storage (6 pieces) with extensional ventilation and ventilation system must be provided. Number of fans must be provided by the project according to the capacity equipped with servo valves, temperature and humidity sensors, inlet-outlet valves with servos that do not require additional heating. The Participant must provide long-term foreign loans to finance at least 85% of the value of the object (inclusive of the current “country” structure of the general contract value ratio of commodities / equipment and services (by country of origin) in the total contract value), as well as the cost of credit insurance agency for export credit insurance and additional financing costs (if they occur) on the most favorable conditions for the Belarusian borrower.
