seriously! 15 min on hold with Time Warner after I tell them I am canceling the cable just so the rep can come back on and tell me she has a better bundle package...5 minutes of explaning I dont want cable at all (through them) and she tells me the turbo internet is now 54.99 and the landline is 19.99 + all the fees and crap! I can go cheaper she says, but then the internet would be slower.....who wants slower internet!!!!!!???!!!
