sharing from Praying the Promises of God- Until we have a true picture of ourselves, we will be unable to enter into the depths of the Kingdom. The stark contrast between the Holy One in his splendor and us in our filthy rags-the revelation of his worthiness and our unworthiness-compels us to fall on our face in awe in humility. The awe comes not only from his majesty but also from the fact that he seeks us out,that he delights in us, that he loves our presence, In all our weakness- In all our failure- In all our sins.His bloodstained love reaches out and draws us into his presence and brings his presence to reside in us. Awww what wonderful grace! Alexander Maclaren said We must have the glory sink into us before it can be reflected from us.In deep inward beholding we must have Christ in our hearts, that He may shine forth into our lives! Reminds me of the ole song-when the Glory gets into your soul my brother when the glory gets into your soul my friend, you will shout and sing the praises of the Heavenly Father when the glory gets into your soul!- Let His Glory shine through you today and draw people to the Saviour.Have a Blessed day
