silentsmile 1 days ago I am an American which makes me nothing special but calling President Barack Obama a neo-nazi is something, someone who doesnt understand history or the past and current record of this man can understand or chooses not to This article was very well written and my compliments to the author. The man who wrote this article understands hate and what can happen to the innocent people of this world that are led by hateful words. Have a good day everyone, peace. REPLY + 3– verner last verner last 14 hours ago I can understand that an american can object to branding the usa as Nazist. however if you look at it objectively, the behaviour of usa over the last 15 years are similar to the behaviour of Hitlers Germany between 1930 and 1945. disregard for the law, fomenting uprisings and causing civil commotion to further the national interest of the country - waging unwarranted wars and like Germany having a legal system offering no safeguards for the common people - the one noticeable difference is that the word socialism is anathema in the neo-nazi usa and the us version of todays us-nazism ought possibly to be called national capitalistic corporate party but by and large the usa is evidencing any and all traits of Nazi-Germany between 1925 (the rise of the party) to 1945! Sorry to say!REPLY + 1– silentsmile silentsmile 9 hours ago The principles and history is correct and to purely rationalize, what I believe concerning political ideologys, would be wrong. As you state, using simultaneous analogies in past history used in analysis is often used in history as , To what may happen. You would agree, that to assume that something may happen or is similar to the actions made in the past, will happen. That to me is an assumption, untested in the perspective of what may occur. Within any system, there is always a counter-principle. Even mathematically with Godels Incompleteness Theorem what appears to be one thing is in reality, another. Since I live here, in the United States I am painfully aware of how our political system works, from the federal level, to state, to counties and the individual cities and townships. Unfortunately I agree with you concerning what you state concerning history. Except for the way that each of us here in the States, looks at our individual, governmental systems. I and millions of other Americans can not justifying our past transgressions nor do I think it is justifying in actions that we as a country ourselves, has violated. Our political system is designed to confuse the ignorance of the so-called, educated American. In reality most Americans are blissfully ignorant of how people use Bully Pulpits to expose outrageous assumptions. If the fear mongering is high enough, it attracts attention and often donations. So unfortunately it is often used as a money maker. It also attracts those slightly unhinged. With every thing in mind I can not argue with you but look only fact. Your comment was polite and I thank you. It created thought and not anger but I as an American refuse to allow anything that infringes on what I consider Human Rights in so saying, I donate, belong to and volunteer for organizations that are countering the threat you speak off. This whole crazy world is going bonkers, and sometimes the arrogant Americans lead the way from ,Iraq, Viet Nam and the list goes on. But Americans are like you, I want only peace and some kindness, would be nice. Have a good day and thank you again for a comment that was not filled with hatred but reflection. Peace
