so I am crying as I post this so bear with me folks,but here goes.... I have struggled with this for quite a while now but the Lord laid it on my heart to share with every Christian friend I have on Facebook, even though it will undoubtedly anger someone in my family to the point I may never have contact again and that so saddens me..as Facebook is my only lifeline to her to know daily that she is okay.. Some of you know, and some of you dont, that my baby sister converted to Islam, she has studied and studied and researched and this is her choice and I know I must accept that her choice is hers. I have tried to be supportive, I have also tried to convince her through posts etc that all is not as it seems to her and as she has been led to believe. She has given up everything she once loved here and has moved lock stock and barrel to Egypt. Any negative or even supportive posts to her page from me are quickly deleted sometimes in mid conversation. I have not shared this with you all and my hands are literally shaking as I post this. My emotions run from fear for her life, to anger as I feel she has turned her back on our families heritage, to sadness as after burying my dad, mom and brother in the last several years I feel that me and Joanna (my other sister) have once again lost another family member. I know this is her choice however it makes me feel and I want her to be happy and she says she truly is and that this is what she wants.. But my heart is broken for her as well.I am asking all of you who will to simply pray, please pray for her to see that our Lord is king! That our heavenly father will work on her heart daily and bring her back to his kingdom if it is his will. Please pray that she remain safe in a country where daily turmoil is the norm.I realize that I am not in a battle with flesh and blood, but I am contending against demonic powers, wicked spirits in the heavenly sphere, who are trying to influence and control the person I am praying for – Ephesians 6:12. Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “I give you authority and power over all the power of the enemy” and so nothing shall in any way harm me. I ask all this, Father God, in the holy name of Jesus. And I cover myself, my household, all my family, extended family, and all my loved ones with the blood of Jesus, asking you to bless and strengthen us with your wisdom, Holy Spirit, salvation, and deliverance. Amen. Carolynn I love you with all my heart, I want you to be happy with your life and I always will and I know your friends here in the states love you too and I pray you will understand why I HAD to post this.. Though my hands are shaking I am hitting the post button now
