so funny, I had a dog named Toby who used to do the same, but he preferred food items. The neighbor Mr Methune owned the University Grocery, and would have his groceries delivered to his house and set on the back porch. Toby figured it out and came home with a package of pork chops. He didnt even break the wrapper. He brought them to us. Then one night they were having a bar b que, I heard screaming and in ran Toby with a whole bar b qued chicken. I was so young, and embarrassed to even take them back.
