so here is a bit about today. I started this morning at the Dawson Creek Reclaimed Water facility where we hosted the Shell Dutch Board of Directors. These are very senior people from around the world, 1 gentleman who was there is the President of Shell USA, very influential people. A real treat to host them at our city, they then headed out to Groundbirch to view the Shell operations in that area. I returned to the office for a mtg with a local gentleman. Went Solas for a luncheon meeting with our MP Bob Zimmer and the group in the photograph. The High Commissioner from the Bahamas, The ambassador to Paraguay, and the Ambassador to Lebanon. The other gentleman was the President of the Embassy Connections office in Ottawa. Thank you to Bob Zimmer for inviting me along. The Ambassadors were very interested in learning about the issue of Shale Gas development. We also took them out to the Reclaimed Water facility for a tour. I then had a meeting with a local developer and then finished off by dropping in on LaPrairie Transportation to introduce myself, they have been in town for awhile and just have not had the time to get into introduce myself to them. Pretty interesting day for the Dawson Creek Mayor.
