Served with fries, creamy slaw, cornbread, and honey-cinnamon butter. 10 Entrees Braised Rabbit- Two hind legs of rabbit from Hoppin’ Good Farms served over bacon braised red cabbage with mashed potatoes and pan sauce. 20 Coffee Rubbed Ribeye- 16oz ribeye rubbed with a coffee-turbinado sugar spice mixture and grilled. Served over mashed potatoes with cabernet-balsamic demi glace and molasses onions. 24 Blackened Mahi Mahi- So nice, they named it twice. Mild, firm mahi fillet seasoned with Cajun spices and seared in a cast iron pan. Served over homegrown tomato-roasted red pepper coulis with crispy redskin potatoes and sautéed asparagus. Topped with roasted corn relish. 18 Desserts Crème Brule Cheesecake- Vanilla cheesecake with a custard-like texture. Topped with sugar and torched. 5 Fried Bananas Foster Cheesecake- With vanilla ice cream. 6 Hampton Cake- Chocolate mousse layered with chocolate cake. Garnished with a chocolate quill. 6 After School Snack- Layers of homemade bourbon-chocolate chip blondie, chocolate cream cheese frosting, and fudge brownie enrobed in chocolate ganache and topped with whipped cream. 7 Mini Cupcake Flight- From AC/DC Bakery: Strawberry Cassata, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, and Almond. 5
