thank you Pamela Jouran for this WORD: A WORD regarding 2013 IT is a year of breaking off and breaking through. It is a year when the righteous are as bold as lions. It is a year of deep revelation and deep repentance. It is a year of suddenlies, when you can choose to be offended by things that have taken you off guard, or you can choose to dream with God. It is a year when different is the normal and disappointments become appointments. IT is a year when we become victors over trauma instead of victims of circumstances. It is a year when we learn to rule and reign.IT is a year of casting off the old and picking up the new. It is a year when our encounter with God needs to be more than an encounter. Our encounter with God becomes our daily bread and we decide to do what He told us in the encounter. IT is a year of stepping out and finding that what God said to us in the encounter was for us, for now, and not some pie in the sky dream. IT is the year for the seed germinating in you to break forth and begin to show to others. IT is a year when testimonies will be fresh and not two or three years old, or two or three months old, or two or three weeks old. It is a year when testimonies from yesterday will seem like stale bread. Put your ear to the ground. Can you hear the thundering of the victorious LION of the Tribe of Judah quickly approaching? Can you smell the sweetness in the wind? Can you hear the voice like flashes of lighting and thunderings over the many waters? Look up, your redemption draws nigh! What was ok for you to do before will no longer be ok. Everything in the Kingdom of God costs something (as Bill Johnson puts it, the divine exchange is giving God pebbles for diamonds). It might seem extreme at the point of payment, but it is little. And God will take the little, like the boy who gave his lunch and make it much. The little boy was not even consulted about his lunch, so it seems. And perhaps he protested in his heart or perhaps he gave it willingly, but whatever the case, God is calling us to give it up…all of it, whether “IT” is a bad attitude, a lingering sin, a paycheck, a dream job, a comfortable life, a geographical location or a fixation upon our own selves. IT all needs to be given away, freely, to our KING. We must be fixated on HIs face and His possibilities not our own. Many will be given giftings and assignments during this time of testing. There will be an acceleration, and as we move into the last quarter of this year, a harvest of souls will begin in all corners of the earth. But flooding must come first. Fish cannot be caught where the river of God does not run. If you are willing for God to break every dam and not hold onto your waters reserves any longer, then God can bring a divine flood in you and make you a fisher of men.
