People affected by the bedroom tax have not commited any crime, they are the victims of circumstances. They did not ask to be in a home that is deemed now to have a spare bedroom - and a large percentage of these are disabled people who need the spare room for a carer or equipment - or both!!! Paying/not paying the bedroom tax is a matter of care, health, eating, heating or getting into rent arrears!!!
