the job interview is designed to measure your American social values and nationalism more than your ability to get the job done. im not saying the job interview doesnt take into account your ability to get the job done, it does. im saying the job interview puts social values and nationalism above your ability to get the job done. its the determining factor, and could explain the managerial incompetence that is prevalent in most workplaces
