today was going to be snuggle up and watch movie day and than me and jess heard this crazy loud static sound, at first we thought it was an alarm clock going off, set on an off station, then we thought it was the neighbor upstairs with the water pipes freezing or thawing or whatever, so we just ignored it, until we realized that the whole kitchen and bathroom was flooded because the pipes froze and burst behind the fridge..there wasnt much we could do. we threw down every towel we had and the water was too cold to even wring them out and sop up more, we just watched the water pour into the hallway and the livingroom!!
