The bulk of the precipitation will likely fall over southern Missouri into parts of Arkansas, western Kentucky, Tennessee. The bulk of the rain will be over our southern counties. It is possible that most of southeast Missouri into southern Illinois will remain dry. Best chances of rain will be around Poplar Bluff over towards Land Between the Lakes. Along and south of that line. Forecast... Friday - Cool for May. A few clouds. Highs only in the 60s. West winds at 10 mph. Friday night - A few clouds. Very cool for May. A chance for showers late (mainly southern counties). Lows in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Northwest winds at 10 mph. Saturday - Partly cloudy and cool for May. Some scattered showers likely (again, mainly southern counties). Below normal temperatures again. Highs only in the lower to middle 60s. Saturday night - A few clouds. Cool. Lows in the 40s.
