twas the night before my second half marathon, I am hoping that my new approach of no running training and all of my Les Mills classes will get me over the line... 3 Body Step, 4 Shbam, 5 Body Balance. Thank god for my awesome trainer Dirk Venter for all the strength work we have done and my fabulous and fun Sky Fit classes that have helped with my flexibility and fitness and low impact on the body.. Wish me luck.. Just a tad nervous but excited.
