we have a neighborhood bully in the form of an unsupervised and untrained pit bull. over the course of a year this dog has attacked severaal peoples dogs while walking by this dogs house. a few days ago DJ and myself heard a commotion up the street. i turned and saw a little white dog being shaken and mauled by this dog. DJ and myself sprung up and tried to get to this poor little dog and its owner before it was too late. we got within two feet and the chickenshit dropped the dog and ran to the safety of his yard. this bought the lady enough time to pick up her dog and go to the vet. due to what i saw, i was sure the little dog was not gonna make it. but because DJ and i reacted so quickly, the little dog is actually recovering well.. cant help but think that DJ and i were being used as Gods protection for this lady and her dog.. unfortunately now, i am in the uncomfortable spot of seeing to it with the help of law enforcement, i will be doing everything in my power to see to it that this dog never has another chance to maim another animal or person. i would personally rather put the owner down. but, again, the little dog won. yeeeeaaaa.
