we should say: alhamdulillah for what we have inshaallah for what we inted subhanallah when we see something amazing mashaallah when we see something beautiful and attractive. we should remember to say astagfirullah when we lose our tempers or become weak and most importantly allaho akbar when we face w/the challenges of life these 5 phrases said regularly are like talking a multi-vitamins for holistic health.
