well can i tell you about my last 2 days well friday i spoke at john g leach high school it went absolutely awesome i also went with my roomie she also spoke she also did a great job it was awesome they want us both to come back after each of our speeches we both got standing ovations it felt awesome and they even asked us questions afterwards it made me feel amazing no words can describe how it made me feel it was an awesome.. Experience for the both of us i would definitely do it again if i have the opportunity .......... now let me move on too this Saturday that just passed I went on A 5K walk with Mary Campbell center yesterday it was fun although it was raining so we had to go in our manual wheelchairs because it was rain or shine so i wasnt to thrill to begin with but I told myself let me try it because I didnt try it last year so when we got there it was raining A little bit but not too bad but when we got inside the barn it began to rain really hard but thank goodness we were in a dry spot and we were not getting wet the race was delayed A few minutes because of the rain s so finally we got started and the race began so A staff member from Mary Campbell was pushing me because I was in my manual wheelchair so we started walking so we got Half way through we were going at pretty good Speed and my my wheelchair tipped Forward and I met the gravel so off to the ER we go thank goodness there were a couple of nurses there so that one nurse was able to go with me I have a little brush burn on the side of my face and I am just feeling sore today so I am just taking it easy today I am really thankful that nothing serious is wrong
