well, interesting cooking hour... thought to make a small cup of, easy to do, grape jam with concord grapes son gave me. realized did not have a strainer or any chez cloth left to strain out the seeds. back in frig... also thought to make a spicy roasted nut mix (which is wonderful) but needed an egg white & realized had hard boiled all the eggs earlier this morning since am going away in a couple days. ok nuts back in jar for now... now making a rice noodle soup but w/o mushrooms (which is a large part) as forgot to buy them yesterday. guess it is not much of a cooking day!
