well we have lived in our new place almost 5 mos now....again this month i have not received my Time Warner cable bill. I called them and they were going to give me alte fee...i said oh no...we arent playing that game. I have dont nothing to deserve this and if you ppl cant get me address straight and get me a bill in the mail i will not be keeping service with you! They tried to tell me there was no reason i shouldnt be able to go online or pay it over the phone.....excuse me!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? i said i should be receiving a bill in the mail and there is no reason why you ppl cant get it right. by the end of the call i got my way and got it all straightened out. NOW..lets see if next month they can get it right. ugh
