went to church today then after that went up to sacandaga bible camp with gwen sheldon to help her out once agin to clean out her camper throw out some garbage take some of her things and put it in her vehicle and it made me happy to be able to help out an elderly person thank ogd she had me to help her out with all that cuase she would have been there till 7 pm trying to get all that done and i managed to get it all done in short of two hours after that we wnet to subway in fonda and on our way back to fonda she had to pull over to the side of the road for something and I noticed a thing about mohawk valley i read the whole sign on the history on how this area of ny state developed and i practicily thoguht it was shocking and disturbing but anyway all imn all I enjoyed my time helping a real true friend other than some of the other friends who i have ultimtaley had to cut out of my life cuase they were doing things that i felt were trying to take advantage of me
