what a great spin this morning myself and the other 3 soldiers headed out from jerrys at 9 on what was one hell of a cold morning we headed in over the tralee mountain and then on for camp where i turned off and went over the old camp road (caherconree) where it was not too bad untill i came to the wall 500ft of pure hard balls out climbing i thought i was going to calf but i kept going and had a handy spin home after. the rest of the lads headed on for annascaul and came around by inch hope it wasnt too bad for them im sure they handled it with ease. for those doing the spinning classes on tuesday and thursday nights @ 8, as well as bringing yer bikes dont forget cycling shorts, a towel and plenty of water be early the first 2 nights to get set up and so we can talk people through what we will be doing
