what do you get when you have a giant pot with ground beef, onions, chopped red potatoes, tons of frozen veggies(a little bit of everything), beef broth, cheddar cheese and spices? Uh....dinner surprise!!! Thats what happens when your meat isnt thawed. Yup, I tossed a bunch of crap in a pot, seasoned it and when the veggies are done Im going to dump that mess into some glass 9x13 dishes, top with biscuits and toss them in the oven! I dont know how its going to taste, but it smells amazing. Something warm and comforting on a cold, rainy, night!
