why is this murderer free.. the fact that fraud and forgery were used to get away with such crime and FRAUD AND FORGERY was never addressed fully, so the serious evidence of crime IS DOWN GRADED TO BE INSIGNIFICANT means the usual criminals (doctors, government servants , police, the ombudsman , CMC, CJC, lawyers,courts , etc are ALL IN ON IT) get away with muder and harming people. Patel is a sadist and he is enjoying himself (HE IS STILL ENJOYING THIS ESPECIALLY THAT HE MAY GET AWAY WITH MURDER) when he is hurting people, he should be locked up along with those who helped him cover up his crimes (so they do not have to pay out compensation as no government authority has liability insurance) ... government risk management who use fraud and forgery to conceal all sorts of crime then laugh in the face (they know that this tactic has a devastating effect on the victim and usually is enough to prevent action, when they go to the police as they are told the police STALL AND PLAY GAMES as they pretend to be concerned they start framing you as a nutter INSTEAD OF GOING AFTER THE CRIMINAL) as per doctor Keating when complaints are made as in Patels case. This is a practice of filth and destruction that make the judges just as guilty and in cases like this all -defendant, defence, prosecution, and JUDGE ARE IN ON THE FRAUD AND SHOULD BE JAILED FOR MURDER SEEING THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE COVERING UP.
