wow. just watched three consecutive episodes of Sons of Anarchy from season four, which any fans know is a few years ago already. in all this time id somehow managed to forget how well-written this show is. quality drama. fantastic acting. kick ass guest stars. from henry rollins and drea de matteo to jay karnes and david hasselhoff? hello! all the little threads running through it. it rules ... plain and simple. its odd to see criminals with a conscience, like in the scene with the babies in the catholic placement house with all the crosses ... but i guess we all have our own views of right and wrong lol. jax just called for church with clay in the hospital, and theres his mom and his wife as he sits at the head of the table. i knew ron perlman was still on the show so i figured somebody had decided to let clay live ... i was wondering WHY on earth somebody decided that, lol. now i know. best lines: gemma to tara: you want truth? ive got BUCKETS of truth, i can drown you in truth. much later ... tara to gemma: im smarter than you gemma, and i know jax better than you do. ouch, lol. worst moments i had to endure: that awful. atrocious, wretched, perpetually off-key sounding song called house of the rising sun ... yes even in acoustic guitar with only one unknown man singing, it still grates my last nerve ... and every single nerve in my auditory system. perhaps the myriad of other versions might contain a pleasant sounding one ... maybe the one by Dolly Parton :) i think its time for some good ole sudsy fun ... my new favorite soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful ;) ___________________________ #sonsofanarchy #boldandbeautiful #kurtsutter #kateysagal #henryrollins #blackflag #dreadematteo #sopranos #jaykarnes #theshield #fx #drama #SAG #emmy #soundtrack #drama #television #ronperlman #charliehunnam #soapopera #dollyparton #traditionalsongs #publicdomainsongs #shittysongs #coversongs #teamkatie #teamquinn #teamsteffy #boldandbalanced #cbs
