youtu.be/JHXpTkf8QGM guess this is me today started the week full of bounce and brain activity and i guess im just tired now.bodies slower,minds slower,harder to keep a thought in my head.wishing my working days away so i can rest the weekend.then when the weekend comes there will be more to do.im not moaning just trying to understand the merry go round of fibro.want to find a positive in each day not just good days so today i am going to go in search of some positives.i may have to phone a fibro friend or two.but today i will find that tiny bit of sunshine that will lift this fibro cloud from my head.hope you all find your sunshine too xxxxhave a good day
