youtube/watch?v=mGL3iT5MMdQ Watched this documentary last night. Poor education+Poverty+Powerful Corrupt Food Corporations = Serious health problems :-/ Shame on you Coca Cola & Nestle! There is nothing wrong with consuming these products as part of a balanced diet but, when Coca Cola is the norm in schools instead of water in Mexico because of political links and junk food is being made to come across as health food in Brazil because they are fortified with Vitamin D or iron, to people who just dont know any better there is a problem. Processed foods are products made of several ingredients,some natural some chemical. Real foods are ingredients... Start subsidizing the real foods that promote health, not the foods that cause environmental and health problems that see the money just going back into the system to heal the people who shouldnt be sick in the first place...! I think the way the world is now it is so important to educate yourself rather than to listen to other people. Read articles, watch documentaries, read newspapers and read books. Then make up your own mind... Food politics is a subject that really gets my blood boiling! We are natural beings, we should be kinder to our environment and kinder to our systems. Resources are precious and our environment cannot sustain this amount of pollution and exhaustion... Check out Food Inc if you are interested too...
