اطلاعیه كمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام به انگلیسی و فارسی علیه تلاش برای اعدام مجدد علیرضا م در ایران Spread the word as wide as possible: The Islamic government of Iran has decided to re-execute a man who survived the death penalty. This decision is made during the presidency of the so-called “moderate” Rohani. The International Committee Against Execution warns international organizations, governments, politicians, activists, and people all over the world: Do not permit Alireza M, father of two young girls, to be executed again. This is his daughters’ only demand from the international community. “Is this world cruel to the extent that it justifies and accepts such an inhumane action? Is our world harsh enough to neglect the necessity of taking an action in order to stop the re-execution of a human being, of a father?” These are the questions Alireza’s daughters ask. On Tuesday, 15th of October, major news agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced the revival of the 37-year-old Alireza M, father of two girls, a day after he was executed. Alireza, who was charged with owning 1 kilogram Crystal Meth, and was executed in Bojnourd Prison, was sent to the hospital after his revival in morgue fridges. He was executed on Wednesday, October the 9th, and was resurrected on Thursday, 10th of October, coinciding with the International Day against the Death Penalty. Alireza M was left on the gallows for 12 minutes after the execution was done. He was also examined by the medical team at the scene, who announced him dead. He was then sent to morgue fridges. The next morning, a worker preparing the body for sending it to the family, noticed that Alireza is breathing under the plastic cover. He was immediately sent to Imam Ali hospital in Bojnourd and his health condition began to improve as soon as he received medical care; he has now recovered his health and is feeling completely fine. “We were supposed to receive Alireza’s dead body, and we heard that he is back to life; now we are all happy, especially his two daughters.” says one of Alireza’s relatives. Mohammad Erfan, the judge, talks about the rules and regulations regarding such an incident and declares that Alireza “is condemned to death and in such a case the criminal must be executed again, once his health condition is improved.” We seem to be living in the Middle Ages; once again the Islamic Republic of Iran reveals its brutality to the world by sentencing this man to a second execution. The International Committee Against Execution asks all to condemn such an inhumane act. We should stop this from happening. International Committee Against Execution 15 October 2013 Mina Ahadi 0049 (0) 1775692413 minnaahadi@gmail minaahadi-iran.blogspot.co.uk stopstonningnow notonemoreexecution.org ex-muslime.de به تمام رسانه ها و مردم دنیا بگویید! جمهوری اسلامی ایران قصد دارد٬ مردی را که یک روز بعد از اعدام زنده شده٬ مجددا اعدام کند! این واقعه در دوره روحانی معتدل اتفاق می افتد! کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام به همه نهادهای بین المللی٬ به سیاستمداران و به دولتها و به همه مردم دنیا هشدار میدهد٬ نگذارید علیرضا –م پدر دو فرزند را مجددا اعدام کنند . این درخواست دو دختر علیرضا از جامعه جهانی است . آیا این دنیا چنان بیرحم است که نمیتواند جلوی اعدام مجدد یک انسان و یک پدر را بگیرد. اینرا دختران علیرضا میگویند. خبرگزاریهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران روز سه شنبه ۱۵ اکتبر برابر با ۲٣ مهرماه اعلام کردند که یک مرد جوان ٣۷ ساله پدر دو دختر٬ بیست و چهار ساعت بعد از اجرای حکم اعدام در سردخانه زنده شد و به بیمارستان منتقل شد. او به اتهام نگهداری یک کیلو شیشه به اعدام محکوم شده و در حضور جلادان و قصابان اسلامی در زندان بجنورد اعدام شده بود . او را چهارشنبه ۹ اکتبر اعدام کرده اند و پنج شنبه ۱۰ اکتبر مترادف با روز جهانی علیه اعدام مجددا زنده شده است. علیرضا – م ۱۲ دقیقه بالای طناب دار بود و جانیان بعد از اطمینان از قتل او و بعد از معاینه توسط پزشک مستقر در محل اعدام٬ او را به سردخانه منتقل کردند. صبح روز بعد یکی از کارگران سردخانه که جسد را برای تحویل دادن به خانواده آماده میکرد٬ با دیدن بخار مقابل بینی جسد که زیر نایلون مشخص بود٬ شاهد نفس کشیدن علیرضا میشود. او را بلافاصله به بیمارستان امام علی در بجنورد میبرند. او مجددا زنده شده و اقدامات پزشکی به او کمک کرده که حالش بهبود یافته و اکنون خبر رسیده که کاملا خوب است . یکی از بستگان این مرد گفته ما برای تحویل گرفتن جسد رفتیم و شنیدیم که او زنده شده و اکنون بویژه دو دختر او بسیار خوشحال هستند. در این مورد محمد عرفان قاضی دیوان عدالت اداری گفته حکم صادره حکم مرک بوده و در چنین مواردی با بهبود این مرد باید مجددا اعدام شود. اینجا قرون وسطی است. حکومت اسلامی ایران همه مرزهای دنائت و رذالت را در نوردیده و قصد اعدام مجدد این مرد را دارد. کمیته علیه اعدام از همه میخواهد بپا خاسته و علیه این رفتار شنیع و جنایتکارانه حکومت اسلامی اعتراض کنند. نباید بگذاریم این فاجعه اتفاق بیفتد. به یاری دختران علیرضا بشتابید. کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام ۱۵ اکتبر ۲۰۱٣ Mina Ahadi 0049 (0) 1775692413 minnaahadi@gmail minaahadi-iran.blogspot.co.uk stopstonningnow notonemoreexecution.org ex-muslime.de
