باريس : ندوة بعنوان الى سوريا من 08 الى 10 تشرين الأول ٢٠١٣ في معهد العالم العربي، باريس Paris : Colloque ILASOURIA.01 - 08 au 10 octobre à Institut du Monde Arabe, Paris ----------------------------------------------------------- Archéologie & Patrimoine, Architecture & Urbanisme, Société civile, état : problématiques, Reconstructions intellectuelles et Quel avenir politique pour la Syrie de demain ? الثلاثاء ٨، الأربعاء ٩، و الخميس ١٠ تشرين الأول ٢٠١٣ الطابق التاسع، قاعة المجلس الأعلى، معهد العالم العربي، باريس الدعوة عامة - برنامج الندوة : سوريا : إعادة اعمار، غير مادي و مادي ؟ الوضع الراهن : مؤتمر دولي متعدد الإختصاصات: أنتروبولوجيا (علم الإنسان)، علم الآثار، الفنون، العمارة، التاريخ، الصحافة، علم البيئة، التربية، الفلسفة، علم النفس، العلوم السياسية، علم الإجتماع، التنظيم المدني، إلخ.. في الوقت الذي نقوم فيه بالتحضير لهذا المؤتمر، لا تزال سوريا غارقة، منذ حوالي عامين، في حرب متعددة الأوجه تبيد شعبها و تُخرِّب ثرواتها الطبيعية و المدنية. بما أن نتيجة هذا الصراع لا تزال غير واضحة على المدى المنظور و يمكن أن تؤدي إلى مرحلة- طويلة دون شك- من الفوضى و الإضطراب و صراع المصالح، يجب علينا أن نعالج منذ الآن مسألة إعادة بناء و تكوين هذا البلد الذي يبلغ عمره آلاف السنين، من خلال إعطاء الأولوية للناحية التربوية، نطمح إلى جمع الطرائق المناسبة و ممارسات التعليم و التربية الملائمة في كل المجالات حيث يحتلّ الجانب الإنساني و تطوره الفردي و الجماعي صلب الإشكاليات… قد يكون غير مناسب بالنسبة للبعض، لكنه أساسي بالنسبة لنا أن نبدأ منذ الآن بالتفكير بهذه الإشكاليات، و ذلك تمهيدًا لكل مشروع حقيقي و فعّال لإعادة إعمار سوريا، متّخذين موقفاً ًأكاديمياً و نظرياً و علمياً، بعيداً عن كل الخطابات و المصالح الإيديولوجية و الطائفية و التجارية و المالية و الإقتصادية. و يظهر هذا الموقف من خلال طريقة تفكير و بناء مفاهيم مختلفة و مقاربات فريدة من أجل رسم آفاق جديدة و أخلاقية مستمرة… إعادة التكوين من أجل إعادة البناء/ إعادة البناء من أجل إعادة التكوين, من خلال مقاربات تربوية جديدة موجّهة إلى الأجيال الجديدة من الطلاب بقدر ما هي موجّهة إلى علماء التربية أنفسهم دون استبعاد المجتمع المدني، هذا » الجمهور الكبير » الذي يجب أن نعمل معه. هنالك أسئلة طارئة و أساسية تطرح نفسها في الوقت عينه بالنسبة لهذه الإشكاليات و ذلك في كل حقول المداخلات المتعددة الاختصاصات: - هل يجب انتظار السلام » الشامل » قبل معالجة مسألة إعادة الإعمار أو أن المبادرات الهادفة إلى البدء بإعادة الإعمار هي التي يمكن أن تشجّع على إقامة » سلام ما » ؟ متى يمكننا البدء بالإصلاح …؟ متى تبدأ إعادة الإعمار ؟ ما هي مراحل الإصلاح ؟ ما هي فترات إعادة الإعمار ؟ ما الذي سوف نعيد بناؤه ؟ كيف سنعيد الإعمار ؟ مع من نبني ؟ … هذه هي الأسئلة التي نريد بحثهامعاً في النسخة الأولى ل » إلى سوريا » تحت أضواء أكاديمية و علمية، نظرية و عملية على حدٍّ سواء، تعتمد على تجارب سابقة حصلت في بلاد دمرتها الصراعات المسلحة و الكوارث الطبيعية كأفغانستان و البوسنة و الهرسك و لبنان و العراق و هاييتي و أيضا بفضل تجارب السوريين بشكل خاص… بانتظارنا عمل على قدرٍ كبير من الأهمية و الصعوبة و نُرحِّب بكل الكفاءات و التجارب و الملاحظات و الممارسات و الأبحاث المرتبطة بمسائل إعادة الإعمار و البناء من أجل وضع أسس قابلة لاستقبال قواعد لسوريا أخرى، بشكل آخر. -------------------------------------------------------- Monday 08, Wednesday 09 & Thursday 10 october 2013 Conference Program Syria : Reconstruction, Social and Physical Infrastructure ? International and multidisciplinary symposium: anthropology, archeology, architecture, art, economy, history, journalism, mesology, pedagogy, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, urban planning, etc. Syria is going through a tragic time whose outcome is uncertain. Although it is most likely to lead to a long period of chaos and unrest, it seems necessary to start tackling the issues regarding the reforming and rebuilding of this ancient country immediately. The idea is to reflect as efficiently as possible on the issues to come, and to do so without an ideological, economic or community-based bias, but from a theoretical and scientific stance. Reforming with a view to rebuilding/Rebuilding with a view to reforming, through a new approach aimed at new generations of students as well as professors and the civilian population – a crucial actor without whom nothing is possible. We are determined to overcome this time of fright and consternation and tackle this issue with humility and caution. We know all too well the complexities that stem from the reconciling of reflection – which is slow, documented and inquiring – and the urgency of implementations so as to outline future prospects integrating a radical paradigm shift. We need to focus on “repairing” both material and non-material damage. Tangible damage which affects everyday life and livelihoods, and intangible damage, such as the disintegration of the social and economic fabric, which entails a long-term repair of psychological, physical and social bonds. An unfathomable task lies ahead. Etat des lieux Colloque international et multidisciplinaire : anthropologie, archéologie, arts, architecture, histoire, journalisme, mésologie, pédagogie, philosophie, psychologie, sciences politiques, sociologie, urbanisme, etc.. Article : » Est-ce le moment de parler de reconstruction ? « La Syrie vit des jours tragiques, dont l’issue est encore incertaine. Même s’il est probable qu’elle débouche sur une longue période de confusion et de désordres, il nous paraît nécessaire d’aborder dès maintenant la question de la reconstitution et de la reconstruction de ce pays millénaire. Il s’agit de réfléchir dans les meilleurs délais, sans a priori idéologique, communautaire et économique, mais en adoptant une posture théorique et scientifique, aux problèmes qui vont se poser. Reconstituer pour reconstruire / Reconstruire pour reconstituer, à travers de nouvelles approches destinées autant aux nouvelles générations d’étudiants qu’aux professeurs et à la population civile, acteur essentiel, sans laquelle rien n’est possible. Résolus à surmonter le temps de l’effroi et de la consternation pour aborder cette question avec modestie et prudence, nous savons la difficulté de concilier la réflexion – lente, documentée, interrogative -, avec l’urgence des mises en œuvre si l’on veut esquisser de nouvelles perspectives intégrant des changements de concepts radicaux. S’attacher autant à « réparer » les dégâts matériels qu’immatériels. Ceux d’aspect tangible, qui touchent aux nécessités de la vie quotidienne et aux moyens d’existence ; et ceux, intangibles, comme la désagrégation des tissus sociaux et économiques, qu’il importe de traiter sur le long terme pour retisser des liens psychiques, physiques et sociaux. Une tâche abyssale nous attend. Toutes les expériences, les pratiques et les recherches liées à ces questions de reconstitution et de reconstruction seront les bienvenues pour esquisser les fondations d’une Syrie à la fois nouvelle et éternelle : c’est l’objet de cette première édition de ILA. ilasouria.org/programmes/ilasouria-01-paris/
