Presentable Female 1- Experience: 2-3 years in Sales 2- Professional Knowledge and Skills: 3- Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4- Excellent leadership skills. 5- Can drive an automatic vehicle (Preferably has a driver license) and willing to obtain a driver license in Doha to be able to drive (even if it requires lessons and Government approval) 6- Ability to build and implement a sales development plan; Fluent in English & Arabic -Computer Literacy. Mandatory Personality Skills: 1- Ambition with desire to achieve and excel in the job/company. 2- Ability to handle work pressure. 3- Implementation focused, with the ability to drive tasks/projects through to completion. 4- Excellent planning, organizing and controlling. About the Position: Key Duties and Responsibilities: Main Duty: 1- Visit the market on daily basis and approach potential clients/hotels to open a trustful relationships with them to see their needs, match their needs with the Company’s products (High end Tea) in order to surpass the agreed Sales Target; 2- Structure the reporting and project identification process; Devise a reporting process that provides a clear overview of; Projects under follow-up; Project status; Order booking probability. 3- Set up a structure that allows for effective project identification within the area; Identify and utilize various media for new project identification; 4- Set-up and maintain a database that tracks relevant new projects; Attend exhibitions / presentations within area. 5- Identify and Develop relationships with Key Clients (PR); create a “Key Client” listing.
