If perishbale as per srilanka government port trust policy they will not keep cargo of perishable more then three days. buyer will not take delivery order from shipping agent. port trust put in to action and the same amount will not be paid to us( for your information same buyer through some other people will take action 50 percent less and get the same consignment. then selling to market with good profit) officialy we can not claim with buyer...we can fight with shipping agent.. to win the case it will take more then 10 years.... so to srilanka against lc or 100 percent tt advance u can ship cargo particularly for perishable. மலேசியாவில் நாடாகும் இறக்குமதி மோசடி: ------------------------------------------ Kayarohanam Kaya In another way all the country to cheating if without lc we do... they will ask documents through bank they will do payment. Based on this assurance we also sign contract and all.After reaching the goods...and after reaching documents to buyers bank... they will ask give me one on da basis..( d a means acceptance against documents without making payment) if once u gv one day or 60 days whatever may be....If buyers fails to make payment we ca not recover payment... personely I experinced with Malaysia buyers...lost 2008 rs 30 lacs.....usd 50000-00 exported from mumbai. after reaching malaysia I checkd up till date i can not recover my payment....In spite of having good lawer,good freinds in Indian empassy and Malaysia empassy. I lodged complaint all over. I cam to under stand later he holding more then one passport after cheating they went to pakistan and taken back my money........ there fore please identify people personely bef doing shipment... If we are not doing shipping we will not lost any thing.
