ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೇ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ.... 1. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಹರಿಯದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 2. ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಯಾ ಪೇಪರ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ. 3. ಬಟ್ಟೆ-ಸಿಲ್ಕ್-ಖಾದಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನೇ ಖರೀದಿಸಿ. 4. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ತಲೆಕೆಳಗಾಗಿ ಹಾರಿಸಬೇಡಿ. ಇತರರು ಆಕಸ್ಮತ್ ಹಾರಿಸುವುದು ಕಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ತತ್ ಕ್ಷಣ ಅವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನಿ. 5. ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣದ ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಸಾಡಬೇಡಿ. 6. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಂತಹ ಧ್ವಜಗಳು ದೊರೆತರೆ ಹೆಕ್ಕಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ. 7. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಧ್ವಜಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದಿಡಿ. ಅವರಿಗೂ ಈ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಿ. ಈ ಅರಿವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಸಿ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಭಕ್ತಿ ಮೇಳೈಸಲಿ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದಿನದ ಮುಂಚಿತ ಶುಭಾಷಯಗಳು. Dear frnds, On Independence Day celebration, 1. Please don’t dishonour, deface or disfigure the Indian national flag. 2. Please do not use PLASTIC OR PAPER flags. 3. The National Flag of India shall be made of hand spun and hand woven wool/cotton/silk khadi bunting. 4. Please do not hoist the Indian national flag upside down. 5. Please do not throw the Indian national flag. 6. If you find such flags please pick it up and preserve it. 7. Pls preserve the flag which are given to the children. and give information to them abt importance of our National flag.
