Is it because they’ve had so little in their life to call their own? Is it because they’ve had to struggle for every bite of food? Or is it because food is the only source of comfort in their lives? Well, four-year-old Kingston guards his food bowl and for that reason, he’s going to die tomorrow - unless an understanding person steps in, to stop his execution. Kingston wants so much and tries so hard to be one of the guys but his socialization experiences are limited. He becomes stiff when other dogs are present. With a little training, he’d be a champ, but the shelter isn’t willing to give him time. Now he’s acquired kennel cough, so out through the back door in a body bag he goes. Kingston is rated New Hope Only.
