兩家美商基金公司 要找人 Client Services Associate 主要是和客戶溝通負責sales 之後的基金售後服務 (英文要很好) 年薪大約七萬美金 (可議) 在信義區工作 需要大約五年左右工作經驗(沒有絕對) 有興趣的人請和我說 richlovegod@gmail Primary Responsibilities: To support our growing UCITS business in Taiwan, help to develop and manage our intermediary client base throughout their full life cycle. Assist the team with the on-boarding of new intermediary and distribution clients. Capturing client requirements and ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of the account. Resolve the constant flow of minor and exceptional client problems and queries as they arise. To coordinate closely with the fund administrator and with other internal departments in order to deliver prompt, accurate and agreed servicing standards. To ensure that reporting requirements are met and to deal with any ad-hoc enquiries or requests in an organized, efficient and professional manner. Deal with KYC /AML on distribution and intermediary clients. Supporting our growing Taiwanese business – both retail and institutional. Assist the business to prepare and adjust for new regulation such as KIID, RDR and FATCA. Help to track client flows into our UCITS Funds. Requirements: (essential unless stated) 5 years fund administration or client service experience at an asset management firm. A thorough understanding of the transfer agency side of the UCITs fund business. Experience and understanding of the Taiwanese intermediary market. Degree level education. A thorough understanding of the processes around client rebates and distribution agreements. Maintains a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and displays high levels of energy. Client focused, have a desire to deliver best of breed client service. Highly organization. Very high attention to detail. Creates strategies and tactics to build, develop and improve the production of client reporting. Actively listens to the client needs and understands their expectations while recognizing the importance of meeting and exceeding these. Shows initiative by setting and maintaining a strong ‘client services’ example across the company. Shows determination in achieving objectives that have been agreed. Takes ownership of problems and accepts responsibility for resolving them; knows when to involve others. Sets high standards of excellence and focuses on achieving them. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin. Background in Taiwanese Mandarin is preferred.
