台灣牛肉麵食譜 材料: (4-5人) 牛腩 1斤 洋蔥 2顆 豆辨醬 2大匙 生抽 2大匙 月桂葉 3片 酒 2匙 水 3~400cc 做法: 1、熱油爆香小火洋蔥炒至金黃色,之後再加豆辨醬丶月桂葉炒香 2丶𨍭大火放牛腩快速炒熟表面,放生抽丶酒調味,在加水蓋過牛腩煮開之後小火煮1.5~2小時即可 Taiwanese style Beef Noodle Soup Ingredients: (4-5 persons) 500g Beef Brisket 2 pcs Onions 1 1/2 tbs Bean & Chili Paste 3 pcs Bay Leaves 1 1/2 tbs Soy Source 2 tsp Rice Wine Steps: 1. Heat up the wok or pan. Add an appropriate amount of oil. 2. Toss in onions, stir quickly until its color turns golden then add bean & chili paste and bay leaves. Keep stirring and mixing them nicely. 3. Turn on high heat, toss in beef brisket and fry the brisket until each side has turned golden brown or is cooked. Once its ready, add soy source and rice wine. 4. Add water. Cover and steam it for 1.5-2 hours on low heat.
